We would like to inform you that Kristina Orbakaite, which was scheduled for 01.06.2025 at
Dzintaru koncertzāle, has been CANCELLED.
We offer concert ticket holders the opportunity to exchange the ticket for the cancelled concert 100% of its value for any other concert organized by LLC ULTRA EVENTS – Alphaville 08.07.2025 at Dzintari Concert Hall, Jūrmala, ATB 15.08.2025 at Wondersala, Fedde Le Grand 25.07.2025 at Wondersala or Ruslan Bely (Daugavpils Palace of Culture, Great Dzintari, Liepāja and Latgale Embassy GORS).
You can apply for a ticket exchange until May 30, 2025. For further information of the ticket exchange, please write to info@bilesuserviss.lv. Applications will be processed within 1 month.
If you would like to apply for a refund, please fill out the application form HERE by June 30, 2025. Applications will be processed gradually, after the ticket exchange is completed, starting from June 2.
