Privacy Principles

Baltic Ticket Holding Group, including its subsidiary SIA Biļešu Serviss considers the principle of minimal personal data processing as the best approach, but cannot, however, provide online ticketing services without it.
When providing ticket intermediation service, Biļešu Serviss asks the customer for necessary personal data, which can include:
  • First and last name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Home address
  • Client card number
During the purchase, the buyers’ bank details are also sent to Biļešu Serviss.
All personal data that is collected during the transaction is retained for a legal time period and afterwards deleted.
Customer can register in Biļešu Serviss webpage and through such registration they agree to give Biļešu Serviss following data:
  • First and last name
  • Username
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
Data given during registration can be changed afterwards by the customer when logged into their account. Customer can request closing and deleting their account, assuming that no transactions, which have not exceeded time limit of retention, are linked to the account. Customer must also be uniquely identified.
Customer can also subscribe to Biļešu Serviss newsletter, given that they have agreed to it during purchasing or when registering their email address on their webpage. The subscription can be cancelled when clicking “unsubscribe” in the newsletter.
On our webpage we use cookies, that is, small text files, which are stored on the visitor’s computer or on smart-device when visiting the website.
Cookies are necessary to directly provide service and for analysing user-friendliness to provide a higher quality service.
In order to provide service, we use essential, that is, session-cookies, which are deleted when visitor closes their web-browser.
Permanent cookies are used to provide the customer a more comfortable user experience. Cookies which remember which banner the customer closed are remembered for an hour; language preference cookies for one month.
Third party cookies are also used on the webpage.
Cookies can be managed by the user (allowed and banned) through web-browser settings, but it is important to keep in mind that banning permanent cookies means that the service cannot be used.
