FunCOOlio feat. Fred Hormain & Andrei Polovko

On August 7, the Latvian quintet FunCOOLio will perform at the jazz club MASA together with special guests — saxophonist Fred Hormain from France and saxophonist Andrejs Polovko, playing a new program of instrumental original music in the style of Baltic Fusion.

 

FunCOOLio has been actively performing for more than 15 years and has released three albums. The group's compositions combine jazz-rock aesthetics, thematic development, rhythmic complications and organic harmonic turns. The harmonies are multi-colored, while the melodies are bright, expressive and memorable. The program will feature original compositions by the FunCOOLio members themselves.
