1. Refund To receive a refund, please send the following information to gumirov@ukr.net by 17.06.2026: the ticket in PDF format; your full name; the bank account number for the refund.
2. Exchange If you would like to exchange your ticket for the 18.04 concert for a ticket to the 04.10 concert, please send an exchange request by 17.06.2026, by filling out the application form attached and sending it to info@bilesuserviss.lv
