On May 16, the concert program "Riga Rhapsody" by Trio Volha&Bari will be performed at MASA jazz club.
The program will feature original compositions and recognizable melodies in original arrangements. Jazz, blues and funk come together in a single sound, where improvisation, mood and ensemble play play an important role.
The center of the evening is an unusual musical combination – the deep timbre of the baritone saxophone and the operatic soprano. This meeting creates a multi-layered and contrasting sound, where different musical languages connect.
