Three Days Grace returns to Riga in October

Upcoming autumn, on October 30th, the Canadian alternative hard rock and post grange band Three Days Grace (3DG) are returning to Latvia with a gig at Palladium concert hall. This event takes place to support their latest album “Outsider”.
At the concert you can confidentially expect all the main hits from all their six albums, including such ones as I Hate Everything About You, Never Too Late, Animal I Have Become, Pain, Just Like You, Home, I Am Machine, Riot, The Mountain, etc.

Tickets pre-sale on www.bilesuserviss.lv will start on Wednesday, May 9th. To get access to pre-sale, please turn to https://www.facebook.com/ltipsagency/.

Pls be aware, the previous Three Days Grace show in 2016 was complete sold out already few weeks in-advance.

The latest band’s album “Outsider” (remaining the tradition – again with 3 year interval from the previous “Human” in 2015) was released on March 9th this spring and it clearly demonstrates that despite line-up change, 3DG continue to purposefully develop. First single of the album The Mountain hit Nr. 1 on Billboard Alternative Rock chart, becoming the band's 13th nr. 1, what can be compared with such legends as Van Halen, but during their whole career.
When asked about creating process of the album, band members reply that they had spent approximately a year for it. During that time they worked (according to themselves) "in as much isolation as possible". The band wrote and recorded around 20 songs and 12 of them were selected for the album.
Talking about the themes found on the album, 3DG drummer Neil Sanderson advised: "I think there's a common thread that talks about how to navigate your way through modern life and being bombarded by information and feelings and beliefs... We don't have all the answers here, but we definitely do bring up the topic a lot."

Three Days Grace was formed in 1997, in tiny town Norwood, in Ontario province. The band's line-up consisted of guitarist and lead vocalist Adam Gontier, drummer and backing vocalist Neil Sanderson and bass guitarist Brad Walst. In 2003 the band was joined by Barry Stock, who then became the lead guitarist. In 2013 Adam Gontier left the band. To replace him, Brad Walst offered the position to his own brother Matt. Who surprisingly quickly fit right in the band.
Since Three Days Grace style varies from album to album, music critics cannot associate them with only one music genre, therefore they are described as alternative hard rock, post-grunge and even new metal band.

Band has released 6 albums till now – each with 3 year interval. First three got Gold, Platinum and double Platinum status in USA and Canada. In total 13 singles ranked very top on Billboard Alternative chart. In 2007 Billboard named 3DG the Rock artists of the year. Several times the band have been nominated for Canadian top music award Juno (last time in 2016 as Group of the Year).
